Put the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, butter, honey, eggs, baking soda and cocoa into a large bowl and work the dough.
Divide the dough into 3 parts.
Roll out and bake each sheet at 180 degrees Celsius for about 7 minutes.
Let the sheets cool.
Cook a thick paste from 500 ml of milk and 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour.
Blend 200 g of butter/Hera and 200 g of powdered sugar together (mix into the cooled paste).
Fill the sheets, weigh them down and let them stand until the dough softens.
Finally, dust with powdered sugar.
