Basic ingredients
- 500 g All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 15 g Baking powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 20 g Fresh yeast
- 140 g Sour cream (or yogurt)
- 250 ml Milk

Steps
Make a starter from 250 ml of milk and 20 g of yeast (the ingredients should be at room temperature).
Let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Into a large bowl, put 500 g of sifted flour, 15 g of baking powder, 1 tbsp of oil, 140 g of sour cream (or yogurt), 1 tsp of salt and the starter.
Work the dough and let it rise (about 1 hour - it must double in volume).
After rising, transfer the dough to a floured work surface.
Roll it out a little and cut out circles using a glass.
Let the circles (of dough) rest for 15 minutes.
Then stretch each langoš out to the sides (with your hands) and put them into hot oil.
Brush the finished langoš with garlic and add ketchup with cheese (or tartar sauce with cheese).
