Put the quark, 2 eggs, 2 cups of semi-coarse flour, 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and 15 g of baking powder into a bowl and mix well.
Heat the oil.
Make little mounds with a spoon and slowly drop them into the oil.
Fry like classic doughnuts.
Do not make the mounds too big, or they will not cook through in the center and will be dark on top.
Sprinkle the finished balls with powdered sugar.
