Cut the pork loin.
Salt and season them on both sides.
Pound them in breadcrumbs and coat them in egg.
Fry them on both sides.
Place them in a baking dish.
In the drippings, fry the onion with garlic and place them on the meat.
Pour a sauce over the meat (ketchup, mustard, water, oil, salt, ground black pepper, Worcestershire and soy sauce) and bake it (keep an eye on the meat).
Fry the rice, pour in water, salt it and cook until tender.
Enjoy your meal.
