Dough
- 250 g Sifted all-purpose flour
- 200 g Sifted semi-coarse flour
- 26 g Fresh yeast
- 200 ml Warm milk
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 50 g Melted unsalted butter
- 2 pcs Eggs
For brushing
- 1 pcs Beaten egg

Steps
First, take a glass of milk (200 ml) and add 26 g of fresh yeast and 3 tbsp of granulated sugar to it.
Mix everything well.
Set the milk with yeast aside for 10 minutes.
Put 250 g of sifted all-purpose flour and 200 g of sifted semi-coarse flour into a larger bowl.
Add 1 tsp of salt, 50 g of melted unsalted butter, 2 whole eggs and the previously prepared starter to the flour.
Make a dough using wooden spoons or a kitchen robot.

If the dough is too runny, add semi-coarse flour.
Let the dough rise in a turned-off oven for 60 minutes.
Divide the risen dough into three equal parts.

From each part, make a 60 cm strand.

Let the braided vianočka prove for another 30 minutes.
Brush the vianočka with beaten egg and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.
Watch the crust (if it is brown, you can take it out).
